How did you get into modeling? Being a computer geek, I started with a Yahoo! group when I was a teen.  I posted photos of myself in the group and I attracted lots of fans and followers. When I turned 18, I began shooting with local photographers to submit to magazines and websites. I met David Tan from ModFXModels, and he photographed me and helped me start my website
MissLuana.com, which I’ve been maintaining since 2004. Since then I’ve
been featured in magazines such as Playboy, Mystique, Stuff, and various
import car scene publications.

How do you spend your time when you’re not modeling? I run and maintain my website completely on my own, so that takes up a lot of time. I do everything from the photo editing and retouching, posting updates, marketing, customer support, etc. I also spend time working as a production manager.

Tell us a little bit about your personality. I’m hard working, I love art, and I love learning.

Do you have any hidden talents? Don’t be shy. Not really.

Whats the craziest thing you’ve ever done? When I was still in high school, I used to cut class to hang out at a nude beach with my older hippie friends.

What’s one thing you can’t live without? Love.

Describe your most embarrassing moment. When I was in the fourth grade, I had a crush on the most popular guy in school. He was cute, funny, and athletic. One day during recess, I was with a group of kids and we were all chasing each other around on a grassy field. It was all super fun until I ran right over a muddy area, where I slipped and fell on my butt. I was completely covered in mud, most of which ended up on my butt. The guys who saw what happened started laughing and called me “Swamp Butt.” My crush laughed along with everyone and I was mortified.

What is something people would be surprised to know about you? People are always surprised when they find out that I’m kind of shy. I’m not one who likes to be the center of attention.

Do you consider yourself more of a “giver” or a “taker”? Taker.

What would you say is your best feature and why? My lips, because I always get complimented on them.

What would it take for a guy to win your heart? Time and trust.

Describe your idea of a perfect date. Having an intellectual conversation and really connecting.

If you could customize any car, what would it be? I’m not into cars…but I would love a flying personal space ship.
